Celebrating 8 years working with TEDxCanberra

Since 2012 Newcast has been the video production partner of TEDxCanberra - our city’s very own entertainment, design and ideas forum.

TED.com has strict guidelines on how video content should be captured for every TEDx franchise and if a talk is deemed noteworthy, the content is sent to TED.com to publish on their global network. This means that a talk must be of the highest production standard, from the lighting, the positioning of cameras, the edits through to the graphic design, the sound and the on-stage set.

Newcast produced this video for TEDxCanberra which was picked up by TED.com to be featured on their global website and attracted over 1 million views!

From the outset our team works closely with the organisers of each TEDx franchise: TEDxCanberra, TEDxFullbright, TEDxWomen and TEDxSalon to provide advice and support for set design, audio visual services, branding, on-location production, postproduction and delivery.

TEDx is back for another year in 2020 with a broad range of events - here is to another 8 years with Newcast and TEDxCanberra.
